Didn’t cast on yesterday. Still playing with the arithmetic. And got distracted by some Fuzzy Feet, rather seriously adapted because I bought bulky yarn instead of worsted weight. I have no idea whether this will work or not. Guess I’ll find out! I want to add an extra layer for the soles; not sure how I’m going to do that, though. I bought some clear puffy fabric paint to dot onto the bottoms to make them non-stick.

I do have the math for the alpaca sweater mostly worked out, though, and I did a little corner experiment (I want split sides for about 3 inches up from the bottom). Pix later, rushing out to Janel’s for an informal spin — except I’ll be knitting. Later.
